From the simplest to the most delicate, each operation is preceded by a clear and transparent discussion with the customer. The customer is informed of the operations required, their respective costs and the estimated timescale. The customer has the opportunity to validate each of these points before any work is carried out. Please note that only work carried out in maintenance centres officially approved by Lorige is covered by the Lorige warranty.



  • Initial examination and diagnosis;
  • Complete revision of the movement;
  • Replacement of all seals;
  • Casing the watch;
  • Cleaning the case and strap;
  • Final aesthetic and functional check.

WARRANTY

Lorige watches are high-precision products at the cutting edge of technology. Before leaving the Manufacture's workshops, your watch undergoes several days of rigorous quality and performance tests. Nevertheless, any manufacturing defects are covered by an international warranty for two years from the date of purchase.


Benefit from an additional three-year guarantee on your watches by carrying out the two-year service at one of our approved centres.
