CARBON/CARBON

The carbon/carbon is one of the most fascinating composites used in racing car brakes. To be able to use it for the first time in watchmaking and enhance its unique texture, Lorige undertook three years of research and development.

The BL-Endurance “Gris Circuit“ is the first Lorige model. With its hand bead-blasted titanium parts and its orange hints, it reminds us of the racing’s ferociousness. Its LOR-PR01 exclusive caliber, visible through the carbon/carbon dial, gives it a sporty look as well as a certain elegance.

The BL-Endurance “Bleu 24h“ was created to mark the partnership between Lorige and the Anglo-American team United Autosports. This piece is a real trophy on the wrist as the case is carved into the LMP2 brake pads that won the biggest 24-hours French endurance race in 2020.

Like the raw carbon bodywork of the Peugeot 9X8 Hypercar under development, the BL-Endurance " Hyperblack " takes on a full black and recreates the feel of this racing beast in testing.

As a tribute to one of the greatest drivers in the history of Formula 1, Lorige pushes the boundaries of innovation with this very first tourbillon watch developed in collaboration with the Timeless Renaud-Favre unit in Geneva.
