In 2017, Lorige acquired a set of brakes from a world motorsport myth. The history of these carbon brakes speaks for itself, they come from the McLaren MP4/8 driven by Ayrton Senna during the 1993 Formula 1 season. With only 8 brake pads in its possession, Lorige is able to make only 8 examples of the AS-01 Tourbillon.

DIAL: Machined from the same carbon/carbon than the case and screwed to the back of the movement. Satin-finished, polished and bead-blasted hour/minutes hands

HANDS AND INDEX: Polished, satin-finished and bead-blasted hours/minutes hands. Indices and hands filled with yellow luminescent coating

WATER-RESISTANT: 5 atm / 50 meters

STRAP: 2-part rubber/fabric hybrid. Black vulcanized rubber core integrated into the case. Yellow fabric-type rubber piece. Grade 5 titanium buckle, hand-polished and satin-finished double-blade with fine adjustment

FOLDING BUCKLE: 2 stainless steel blades, Grade 5 titanium, satin-finished and polished by hand, 6 mm fine adjustment

CALIBRE: LOR-TC01, manual wound flying central tourbillon. Double barrels with 93 hours of power reserve, 39 jewels, 21’600 VpH (3 Hz), 323 components. Annular balance wheel with gold screws, variable inertia. Circular satin-finished wheels. Fixed by « tie rods »
