Every service begins with a clear conversation. Before any work starts, Lorige explains what your watch needs, the expected cost, and the estimated timeframe. Nothing moves forward without your approval. To preserve the quality and warranty of your timepiece, all servicing must be carried out by an officially approved Lorige service centre and within the timeframes specified in your user manual
PRECISION PRESERVED WITH
Before leaving the manufacture, every Lorige watch is tested over several days for quality, precision, and performance. Each timepiece is covered by an international warranty for 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only when service and maintenance are carried out through Lorige-approved centres. An additional 2-year warranty can be added when the two-year service is completed at an approved Lorige center.
